We the
Team Members of Atlantis, the newly launched, unprecedented and dynamic
Ultra VIP Carnival Band, are pleased to introduce our Band for Carnival
2008, under the theme “Atlantis The Lost City”. We take
great pride in presenting this theme, as this ancient, mythical story
depicts drama, betrayal, mystery, adventure, and emotion, all of which
will come alive through vibrant colour and elaborate design of our individual
stunning costumes. Atlantis “The Lost City” will be proudly
showcasing five sections to unveil the mystery of The Lost City. These
sections are as follows:
1. BLUE SECTION Sea of Life 2. RED SECTION Rage of Poseidon 3. GREEN SECTION Land of the Gods 4. ORANGE SECTION Atlanteans 5. GOLD SECTION Zeus’s Gold QUEEN Cleito Goddess of Atlantis Atlantis Band’s main goal is to be dissimilar and innovative, offering the wider Saint Lucian public as well as our regional neighbours with Ultra VIP service and treatment, and an appealing and enticing array of entertainment and fulfilled activities prior and during the festivities. Atlantis Carnival Band’s main objective is to focus arduously on satisfying the needs of its revellers as well as providing a stimulating entertainment scene, whilst at the same time expand into new territory using ingenious ventures. Another goal is to relentlessly seek to keep the authenticated designated market enticed after each event, whilst providing profitable mileage to our sponsors and partners through brand susceptibility. We are in the process of working vigorously on many events under the Carnival Party Event Theme “EXODUS”, to expand our portfolio. We are aware of the serious problem concerning security during Carnival, and we have made a concerted effort to maximize security, by providing an all rope band and more security man power in order to secure our revellers. We
